Travelling by bike
Bristol has good cycling provision, including many cycle lanes and routes through the city centre, several running right past Holy Trinity. We have a number of bike racks available at Holy Trinity for you to lock your bike to.
Parking
There is Pay and Display parking available on Clifton Vale. Parking is free after 19:00 and all day Sunday.
Public Transport
The church also has good Acpublic transport links.
There are bus stops from both directions on Hotwells Rd / Merchants Rd within a very short walking distance.
The Portway Park & Ride passes these stops.
As do all the N. Somerset buses (X1, X2, X3, X4, X6, X7, X9) plus the 505 and 71.
By train the nearest station is Bristol Temple Meads, which is a short taxi journey away.
Visiting Saint Stephen’s
Saint Stephen’s is open to visitors Monday to Thursday, from 09:30 until 14:30, and the Secret Café is open Wednesday - Saturday, 10:00 - 16:00 (do contact the church office to check that the church is open when you plan to visit).
Saint Stephen’s can be entered from St Stephen’s Avenue, through the dark blue doors in the porch at the base of the tower. During the colder months of the year the dark blue doors may be closed, but if the gates are open the church itself will be, too. You may want to have a look at the calendar to see whether there is an event that you want to combine with your visit.
Accessibility
Both the main church building and the Secret Café entrances can be accessed via a moveable ramp. Please advise the church office or café in advance of your visit.
